Short-Term Running Goals:
Continue to run relatively consistently (3-4 times/wk). Run 5 miles as a comfortable distance.
Run faster (8-9 min/mile) and increase trail running ability.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay in shape to prevent diabetes, high BP, osteoporosis. Run enough to support my mexican food habit!
Personal:
Walked on the greenbelt with Arby. It was only about 90 degrees, so it felt nice.
Walked on the greenbelt with Arby. It was nice weather, not too hot.
Walked with Arby on the greenbelt. The temperature was comfortable and we stopped to skip rocks on one of the little lakes. I could only get 2 skips and only 2 times.
Walked 4.5 on the greenbelt tonight with Arby. I tried to skip a rock tonight and it went 3 skips.
