Ran the medium loop at lunch time. The weather was a little chilly at first, but felt good after I warmed up. Also, I've decided to enter the Race to Robie Creek-but only as a finisher, and completely non-competitive, and I might want to die in the process of completing it. It's a good distraction from PA school to have a training goal.

Ran the longer loop with MW at lunch today. Our plan is to run 3-4 mile runs during the week at lunch time and work up to longer runs on the weekend on hills. Right knee has been sore from doing squats at the body pump class, so no more of that!

Started to run longer distances today to attempt training for Robie creek...minus the hills since they were muddy. Anyhow, felt ok after today's run, but need to hit the hills.
