Las Vegas half-marathon (2:29:03); Bryce Canyon half-marathon (2:18:39) 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Continue to run relatively consistently (3-4 times/wk). Run 5 miles as a comfortable distance.

Run faster (8-9 min/mile) and increase trail running ability. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay in shape to prevent diabetes, high BP, osteoporosis. Run enough to support my mexican food habit!

Walked on the track while studying for the peds final with LC.

Walked 3.5 and ran 0.5 in a thunderstorm on the greenbelt with Arby. The sunset was brilliant.

Walked with Arby on the greenbelt. I was hoping to start back up with running, but after the MRI for the bone bruise on the fibular neck revealed that I have a torn medial meniscus...it appears that I'll be having surgery. GREAT!

Walked at the Capital high track with Arby.

Walked 5 and ran 1.5 on the greenbelt with Arby. I wasn't supposed to run per Dr's orders, but it was getting dark and we wanted to get back to see the Boise Hawks' fireworks display. It was a respectable show with what appeared to be a huge fireball in the middle.
