Short-Term Running Goals:
Continue to run relatively consistently (3-4 times/wk). Run 5 miles as a comfortable distance.
Run faster (8-9 min/mile) and increase trail running ability.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay in shape to prevent diabetes, high BP, osteoporosis. Run enough to support my mexican food habit!

Walked on the greenbelt with LC while studying for the neuro exam. Posterior calf is still tender and bruised following activity, and lateral calf is achy.
Ran 2.5 and walked the rest on the Capital high track. My calf injury is sore and tender again and seems to have hit a plateau in its healing. FRUSTRATING!
