Las Vegas half-marathon (2:29:03); Bryce Canyon half-marathon (2:18:39) 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Continue to run relatively consistently (3-4 times/wk). Run 5 miles as a comfortable distance.

Run faster (8-9 min/mile) and increase trail running ability. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay in shape to prevent diabetes, high BP, osteoporosis. Run enough to support my mexican food habit!

Walked at the Capital high track with LC while studying for the GU final. I gave my leg a rest since it is still aching and there is point tenderness with bruising.

Walked 1 mile to Winco and back during lunch today

Walked 1 mile on the treadmill while doing arm weight exercises

After giving my leg a weeks rest, I started to run on it again to test it out per Tracy's advice. I only ran 0.5 mile and walked the other 2.5.
