Short-Term Running Goals:
Continue to run relatively consistently (3-4 times/wk). Run 5 miles as a comfortable distance.
Run faster (8-9 min/mile) and increase trail running ability.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay in shape to prevent diabetes, high BP, osteoporosis. Run enough to support my mexican food habit!

Alternated walking and running on the treadmill to see how my calf felt after giving it a few days rest. I noticed some aching pain in the lateral calf during the running portion and pain in the lateral and posterior aspects after finishing. I ran 2 miles and walked 3.
Ran 3 and walked 2 on the greenbelt (2,1,1,1). I was going to try to run more, but my calf started hurting more than I've felt it hurt while running. Still didn't hear the results from the MRI, so maybe tomorrow...
