Short-Term Running Goals:
Continue to run relatively consistently (3-4 times/wk). Run 5 miles as a comfortable distance.
Run faster (8-9 min/mile) and increase trail running ability.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Stay in shape to prevent diabetes, high BP, osteoporosis. Run enough to support my mexican food habit!
Personal:
Walked on the track studying psych with LC. It was cold and windy, and I noticed that there was a pulling sensation on the ball of my foot.
Walked one mile and ran half a mile on the treadmill. There was still pain in my lateral calf around the head of the fibula. My calf doesn't feel steady.
Walked on the treadmill on a 2-4% grade incline. There was still pain in the lateral calf.
