Worked out on the treadmill-tried to focus on doing some incline work. Walked one mile at 0% grade to warm up. Ran 0.25 mile intervals at increasing 2/4/6/8% grade at a speed of 5.0. Walked 0.25 mile at 2%, ran 1 mile 2% speed 5.0, walked 0.75 mile at 2%. Today I entered the race to Robie Creek with some friends, which is super difficult and probably way out of my league. My goal is just to be a finisher- and if I can run the whole way then good for me. More importantly I have a training goal to help me get through most of this spring semester.
