Tonight I did some training for Robie Creek on the treadmill by running 0.25 mile intervals with varying inclines: 2%-5.0/4%-5.0/6%-5.0/8%-4.5/10%-3.5; I did this routine (stepping up and back down) twice followed by a final mile at 4%/6%/4%/2%. I also walked 0.5 mile before and after. Most of the running was pretty slow, 5.0-but I have to go slow if I expect to be able to go any distance at all. Also, the renal final went off without a hitch...except I don't have my grade yet so hopefully without a hitch.
