Ran the medium loop at lunch to get out of the building. Right ankle is a little tender and left achilles tendon...also a little tender. Need to stretch!
Walked a mile to warm up before the body-something (can't remember the name) class at Gold's. I haven't done anything kickboxing-ish in about four and a half years and it is obvious. I just felt slow and like I had lead in my hands and feet. Maybe I need to get back into it since it's also a good way to release some aggression/frustration.
