Ran at the field house followed by a bike sprint, 50 crunches, and 50 obliques. Finished the 4 miles in 42 minutes. After running the 5 miles in Boise, my goal was to run 4 miles in SLC since I don't seem to run as well here. I guess a flat, indoor track qualifies, so I'll bump the goal up to 4.5 miles. My work load and class load are pretty heavy this semester and I'm surprised that I was able to get in as much running as I did last week. BY FAR, the best part of this day was the massage, even though there were quite a few painful knots in my calves that the therapist continued to press on. |
