| | Walked 1 mile between running 2 miles at the park today. My calf feels like it's on the edge of being blown out and there's tingling down the lateral aspect. Also I can see bruising coming back where the muscle was torn after I run. This car accident has undone about 4 years of effort on my part since I'm not a good runner and it took a lot of work to get to where I was just a month ago. | Add Comment |

| | Ran 2 miles and walked one again. It started raining on me around mile 1-so good thing I was wearing that rain jacket. This afternoon I went for an MRI to check out what is going on in with my torn calf muscle and fibular neck region. There is still tenderness there that hasn't improved since the car accident. | Add Comment |
| | Alternated walking and running on the treadmill to see how my calf felt after giving it a few days rest. I noticed some aching pain in the lateral calf during the running portion and pain in the lateral and posterior aspects after finishing. I ran 2 miles and walked 3. | Add Comment |
